Game 7 Leaders in Walla Walla

Game 7 was founded by a group of friends who met in school. Since then, we’ve grown adding a talented team of operators from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines.

We buy businesses from owners seeking retirement. Then steward and grow each business with an emphasis on scalable operations, coaching and developing teams, and building value for the long-term.

Ian Field Game 7 Founder

Ian Field

Ian Field grew up in Walla Walla, Washington, a tight-knit rural community in the Pacific Northwest. He is a third-generation graduate of Walla Walla College, where his parents met and grandparents taught.

As CEO of FluidSecure, a Game 7 Growth company modernizing fuel management and industrial IoT systems, Ian leads the integration of product, operations, and customer strategy — applying the same principles of stewardship and long-term growth that guide Game 7’s broader work.

Before entering business, Ian served as campaign manager, press secretary, and chief of staff for a Member of Congress. He has served as a trustee for PRIDE Prep Public Charter School (chair and treasurer) and currently serves on the board of Adventist Today.

Growing up in a family of small business owners dedicated to healthcare, Ian is inspired by the life-changing care businesses can bring to those they serve.

Arnab Chatterjee Game 7 Founder

Arnab Chatterjee

Arnab Chatterjee was born in a small Ohio town where he developed an early appreciation for the local businesses that anchored the community. The heroes in these places were people who built something great through hard work and then gave back to lift others up — a philosophy that continues to guide his work at Game 7 Growth and in his leadership of Engineering at FluidSecure.

A scientist by temperament, Arnab studied electrical engineering and grew up in a family deeply rooted in the field. That foundation shaped his fascination with systems, reliability, and innovation at scale.

Before co-founding Game 7, Arnab worked across the energy, technology, and finance sectors. Today, he applies that multidisciplinary experience to help small businesses adopt the tools and infrastructure that make local impact scalable.

At FluidSecure, Jordan helps lead production and operational execution — translating his background in institutional investing, economic consulting, and startup leadership into practical systems that scale.

Raised in a family of entrepreneurs (four companies, two ranches), Jordan believes deeply in the advantage of small businesses to out-maneuver and out-compete large incumbents — a conviction that sits at the heart of Game 7’s operating philosophy.
